RUSHDEN WINDMILL FOOTBALL CLUB

Rushden Windmill Football Club have now been together for two years, they have played regular friendlies against the same sides they are facing in the current league. This is our first season in the Rushden and District Sunday League Division Three.

We have also played a chairty match against Kettering Town Youth Team, we lost 13 - 0 but to compensate we raised a £100 per goal they scored - that's £1300 raised for Zachary's Fight Appeal.

After being together for a year, the team have created a bond and we now have a team strong enough to take on the teams in the Rushden and District Sunday Football League Divison Three.

The team train on tuesday evenings from 6:00pm at Rushden and Diamonds in Irthlingbough. The team plays on sunday mornings for the league at Spencer Park in Rushden.
